Mental Health Program

Description

Educational theatre that addresses student mental health and emotional wellbeing, including the physiology, causes and effects of stress, anxiety and depression.

Two adolescents with extremes of behaviour, metabolism, hormones, goals and perspectives are spiralling out of control in different directions - one into STRESS and OVERLOAD, the other into DEPRESSION.

When their lives collide, they are forced to change course. The audience has the opportunity to see the characters play out an alternative path towards greater resilience and mental wellbeing.

Educational, enlightening, relevant to year 10 issues, effective, influential and entertaining. Highly recommended!"end quote Rosebank College
